for certain programs; capitalizing funds; amending appropriations;                                                              
repealing appropriations; making supplemental appropriations; and

SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 256(FIN)                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
respectfully requests limited powers of free conference on the                                                                  
appropriations and language that are not identical in House and Senate                                                          
versions of HB 256.
